Responsibilities
Operate basic finishing equipment and tools according to established procedures
Follow work order instructions and production guidelines
Perform routine quality tests and inspections
Meet assigned productivity and efficiency standards
Learn and apply company policies and operational procedures
Build productive working relationships with internal team members
Identify and resolve simple operational issues under supervision
Comply with all required safety practices and regulations
