Responsibilities
Develop, write, edit, and format technical documentation (process manuals, system specifications, guideline documents, procedure manuals)
Collaborate with teams across departments to gather and interpret documentation needs
Standardize content across platforms and media to ensure consistency and clarity
Review and edit existing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards
Work closely with project teams to understand product details and develop appropriate content
Convert complex technical terminology into clear, user-friendly language
Conduct periodic reviews and revisions to capture updates and process changes accurately
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field OR currently enrolled in one of these programs at an accredited college/university
2–5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a technical field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and other documentation tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
Experience with advanced documentation tools or content management systems
