Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales marketing and other teams to ensure alignment and coordinated execution of GTM initiatives
Manage the execution of the go-to-market roadmap including customer segmentation positioning and launch strategies
Manage detailed launch timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all launch activities
Create and maintain sales collateral, enablement content, and training materials to support successful product launches
Provide hands-on enablement support during launches to ensure all teams are fully equipped
Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives, and support decision making
Maintain and update critical documentation related to customer enablement and GTM processes, product information, and enablement assets
Qualification
Required
Leading cross-departmental meetings to align on customer education goals and strategy execution
Experience conducting competitive and customer research analysis
Experience creating and updating sales enablement content
Experience coordinating product launch activities and marketing campaigns
Experience presenting customer enablement plans and progress to leadership using PowerPoint
Experience monitoring customer enablement KPI's and providing actionable insights for optimization
Preferred
Experience with GTM or Revenue Enablement role, preferably in learning, technology and related industries
Strategic planning experience to interpret data and business impact
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience
Experience translating product features into customer-centric messaging
Project management experience
