5+ years expShopbop is seeking a talented and technical Senior AI Product Manager to lead their AI initiatives for the Buying & Planning team. This role will spearhead AI-powered solutions to enhance the merchandising process and manage a multi-year roadmap for investment areas as the company scales.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of AI-driven product strategies to improve the merchandising workflow
Design and implement AI solutions that enhance success across our financial KPIs and deliver operational efficiency
Manage our Buying and Planning automation roadmap and partner with business stakeholders and technical counterparts through the feature development process
Lead discovery and design for new features and partner closely with buying and planning team to understand end-to-end workflow
Lead continuous product optimization based on user feedback
Drive effective communication of product strategy, roadmap, and impact analysis to leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
