Responsibilities
Pipeline Management: Actively manage and organize the deal pipeline, tracking key milestones and deadlines
Lead & Client Coordination: Handle inbound leads, manage client communications, and professionally field phone calls
Transaction Execution: Prepare and manage listing agreements and other critical transaction documents
Marketing & Outreach: Create and distribute compelling email blasts and manage our social media presence to promote listings and the XAG brand
Market Analysis & Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis, property research, and due diligence to support our brokerage team and inform client strategy
Qualification
Required
At least two years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong preference for a background in retail properties
A proactive and highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Proficient in real estate software and technology (CRM, marketing platforms, etc.)
Preferred
A Texas real estate license is a plus, but not required
