Responsibilities
Prepare and manage bid invitations across all trades
Develop and maintain bidder lists by project type and location
Receive, track, review, and follow up on subcontractor bids
Spread bids to ensure complete scope coverage and identify gaps
Perform on-screen takeoffs and unit cost analysis
Assist with pre-construction consulting and estimating support
Participate in job site walks and pre-bid meetings
Coordinate with estimating, project management, and operations teams
