Office and Customer Service Manager
SAIC's Horizon program is seeking an Office and Customer Service Manager to support the U.S. Space Forces mission of delivering warfighter capability. The role involves managing all aspects of the facility’s operation and serving as the main customer point of contact for support requests.

Responsibilities
Interface with US Government and contractor personnel to provide top-notch support with a focus on Office Management and Facility Operations in support of National Security
Manage resource conflicts and all other types of variables impacting existing operations and future planning
Coordinate contractor and vendor work related to renovations as well as maintenance
Provide escort to visitors
Maintain and stock cafe and office supplies
Maintain conference room schedules
Schedule and assist with setting up special events (e.g., catering, A/V, etc.)
Coordinate VIP and valet parking operations
Assist with Tier 1 IT support to include customer assistance with real-time trouble shooting of the facility’s Audio-Visual capabilities to ensure they are functional for meetings and other customer events
Reception related duties will include:
Greet visitors
Receive and distribute mail deliveries
Generate procedures and maintaining accountability of visitor badges
Monitor facility via video monitoring station
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's and six years or more of related experience that includes: Communication to senior level leaders, internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
MS Office suite and other tools (e.g., TEAMS. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and PDF applications)
Working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Facility functions as well as physical security
Must be willing to be submitted for a security background investigation (T5), and be successfully adjudicated for SCI eligibility
Must be willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and other DoD security compartments; consent to a Polygraph examination
Preferred
Familiarity with communication, collaboration, floorplan and, or scheduling tools such as the MS Suite of tools to include Teams, Project, Visio, and or other equivalent applications that will assist with the operations of a facility as well as future planning efforts to include capturing requirements, budget planning, staffing, etc
