Digital Media Buyer

Responsibilities

Plan, negotiate, and purchase advertising space across digital media platforms to reach target audiences efficiently
Execute and optimize media campaigns to maximize ROI and meet performance goals
Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on real-time data
Collaborate closely with the Compliance team to ensure all paid media and email campaigns meet legal and policy standards
Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition, email engagement)
Conduct market and audience research to inform strategic decisions and campaign optimizations
Work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns
Execute and manage email marketing campaigns using SendGrid, including campaign setup, scheduling, testing, and deployment
Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and deliverability, and make recommendations for optimization
Assist with audience segmentation and campaign targeting across paid media and email channels
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices across paid media and email marketing

Required

Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in digital advertising
Familiarity with major ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic tools)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Experience executing or supporting email marketing campaigns, ideally within a marketing automation or ESP platform
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

Experience with The Trade Desk or other programmatic platforms
Hands-on experience with SendGrid or similar email service providers
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
