Responsibilities

Define and execute an enterprise procurement strategy aligned with corporate objectives, long-range plans, and financial commitments
Drive procurement transformation initiatives that mature processes, governance, systems, and organizational capabilities
Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to develop a resilient, scalable supplier ecosystem through strategic partnerships, consolidation strategies, and the development of multi-year agreements
Provide executive oversight of complex, high-value sourcing initiatives to ensure competitive advantage, compliance, and total cost optimization
Establish enterprise Supplier performance management frameworks to measure quality and delivery outcomes
Anticipate and mitigate supply chain, commercial, and regulatory risks through proactive risk management strategies
Build, lead, and develop senior procurement leadership and management teams to ensure succession, capability depth, and sustained performance
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, communicating supply-base risks, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations

Required

10+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, including senior leadership responsibility within enterprise or multi-site organizations
Proven experience leading and developing procurement leadership teams and driving organizational capability and succession
Demonstrated success owning enterprise procurement strategy aligned to financial, growth, and risk objectives Strong record of delivering measurable cost savings, value creation, and working capital improvements
Experience leading procurement in regulated manufacturing environments; aerospace, defense, or government contracting preferred
Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, export controls, or comparable regulatory frameworks
Expertise in complex commercial negotiations, long-term agreements, and supplier risk mitigation
Experience managing global or geographically dispersed supplier bases
Demonstrated ability to lead procurement transformation initiatives, including process, governance, systems, and operating model maturity
Proficiency with ERP-enabled procurement environments and data-driven performance management
Ability to influence and partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Education: Supply Chain Management or Business Administration Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualifying experience

Preferred

Experience leading procurement in regulated manufacturing environments; aerospace, defense, or government contracting preferred
