Responsibilities

Initiate and perform all basic respiratory care techniques including, but not limited to blood gas analysis, equipment rounds, compressed gas therapy, basic ventilator parameters, trained in Cardio-Pulmonary Association standards, administers medication including: antibiotic bronchodilators
Stock designated areas with respiratory care equipment

Qualification

Respiratory care techniquesLaboratory experiencePatient care experienceHigh School DiplomaAcceptance in Respiratory Therapy ProgramHigher degree in science

Required

High School Diploma is required
Some laboratory experience or patient care experience

Preferred

Acceptance in a Respiratory Therapy Program or previous respiratory therapy experience
A higher degree in science
