Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ year in youth, family, or community programs, or 2+ years in youth/family services, community organizing, or program development
Supervisory experience preferred
Experience working effectively with culturally diverse communities
Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, fiscal reporting, email, and internet applications
Local travel required; valid driver's license and auto insurance required
Valid identification required; bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Must pass background checks and drug screens
