SPR-Assembly Team Lead-2nd Shift

Responsibilities
Process Start-up and control
Meet all Production Goals
Perform and confirm routine quality checks
Cover absenteeism
Training and cross training all team members
Insure standardized work is followed
Facilitate small group activities
Participate in on-going continuous projects
Insure parts and materials are supplied to all processes
Insure team members follow safety and environmental policies and procedures
Insure effective utilization of resources and team members
Provide feedback to production supervision about production opportunities, problems, or issues
Communicate with production supervision, employees, and other departments to ensure work in completed according to schedule
Audit processes, procedures, and documentation
Participates in investigation, containment, disposition and documentation of non-conforming product
Maintains records and documentation
Responds to team member's needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Full time team member in good standing for a minimum of 6 months
Computer proficiency
Basic Math proficiency
Read and write proficiently in English
Forward Thinker anticipates and deals with issues and problems
Good communicator ability to listen to others and clearly present information and requests
Service Oriented anticipates and works to meet the needs of internal and external customers
Thorough makes sure that processes and paperwork is done correctly and thoroughly
