You'll have… • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science or related degree; or combination of equivalent experience and education
3+ years of manufacturing experience: Die Process, CAD Draw Development, Die Design, Die Construction and / or Tryout
Experience with stamping and machining processes
Must be capable of conducting early stamping process feasibility evaluations in an integrated CAD/CAE environment
Must be able to perform simulations of stamping processes for comprehensive formability and dimensional evaluation
Must support the die design sections
Must be fluent with at least one stamping process simulation software: Dyna, Autoform or Client PamStamp
Practical CAD experience, CATIA V5 and TeamCenter a plus
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

5+ years of automotive manufacturing experience
Ability to support die try-out: Understand stamping dimensional errors and correction
Highly motivated self-starter capable of delivering objectives with minimal direct supervision
Experience in planning, implementation, and onsite launch of manufacturing systems
Proficiency in GD&T, part fixturing, holding datums, and tolerance stack-ups
Qualification
