Responsibilities
Analyze network nodes, personas, and organizations
Perform discovery, vulnerability analysis, and target technology analysis of digital networks and mobile communications
Identify, define, and exploit target communications within global networks
Develop physical, logical, and persona driven network maps
Document and communicate technical discovery results effectively to technical and non-technical user groups
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of network protocols
Functional understanding of Telecommunications Infrastructure
Understanding of WAN and LAN architectures
Minimum three (3) years of SIGINT experience specializing in Space and Cyber domains
Minimum combined experience five (5) years specializing in DNI/DNEA
Operation experience with IC intelligence collection systems
Experience mapping network infrastructures
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Good organization, decision making, as well as verbal and written communication skills
High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems
Active TS/SCI Clearance and current CI Polygraph
Federal, State, and County criminal background
Federal drug-free workplace drug screening
Preferred
Proficiently in C++ or Python
Experience with Wireshark
Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Cyber Operations, or Computer Science or equivalent Operational experience within DoW/USCC
