Deep understanding of IT/OT integration challenges
Proven ability to lead technical delivery in client-facing roles
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Comfort operating in matrixed, globally distributed teams
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience in voice, data, and OT network/security implementations
Experience delivering solutions in transportation or other critical infrastructure environments
Deep understanding of IT/OT integration challenges
Proven ability to lead technical delivery in client-facing roles
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Comfort operating in matrixed, globally distributed teams
Bachelor's degree in network engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
Cisco (CCNA/CCNP – Enterprise or Security) or equivalent networking certifications
CompTIA Security+ or CySA+ with demonstrated OT application
GIAC GICSP or other industrial/OT security certifications
Vendor-specific certifications related to firewalls, switches, monitoring, or OT platforms
Familiarity with OT safety, cybersecurity, and acceptance testing standards
Preferred
Prior on-site delivery experience with a transit authority or public-sector transportation client
Demonstrated success leading complex OT deployments in live operational environments
Hands-on experience coordinating multiple vendors and third parties during commissioning and cutover
Strong troubleshooting background in network, security, and OT system failures under real-world constraints
Associate degree with equivalent hands-on experience may be considered for highly qualified candidates
