Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
Experience in Submittals and compliance with documentation standards
Strong Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination
Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field, with licensure preferred
Preferred
Familiarity with local building code regulations and experience in South Florida architecture is a plus
