Make complex engineering data feel simple, beautiful and actionable
Own the intersection of design and engineering
Turn insights about how software teams work into interfaces that leaders and engineers actually love using
Build design systems and frontend standards
Delight customers with experiences that make their job 10x easier
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in design engineering
Strong design taste and engineering skills to bring ideas to life
Comfortable in Figma and in code
Ability to understand how users think and why
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data clearly
Grit and ability to push through challenges
Pragmatic approach to problem-solving in a startup environment
Passion for helping software engineering teams excel
Preferred
Experience designing and building data-dense interfaces, dashboards, analytics tools, developer tools
Experience thinking about engineering productivity and how to improve it
A portfolio or collection of work that shows design sensibility and implementation ability
