They are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions, ensuring the staffing of dependable and qualified individuals for their operations.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications to identify the best fit for each role
Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate candidate evaluations, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency
Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill metrics

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within environmental, construction, or industrial sectors
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proactive attitude
Attention to detail
Commitment to diversity and inclusion
