Responsibilities
Lead the execution of all program management activities, ensuring alignment with federal procurement and grants management experience
Manage staffing, financial oversight, and quality control processes to ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements
Coordinate program kick-off meetings, technical status meetings, and regular check-ins with both internal teams and client representatives to maintain project momentum and alignment with objectives
Oversee the development and maintenance of key program documents such as the Program Management Plan (PMP), ensuring they are up-to-date and reflective of the project’s needs within the federal procurement context
Direct and support a team of professionals in executing program tasks, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project’s strategic goals and client requirements
Work closely with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to address staffing needs and ensure the team is equipped to meet evolving mission requirements
Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and spend plan development to ensure alignment with federal acquisition guidelines
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and the client on financial status, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives
Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of timeliness and quality, in line with federal procurement requirements
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks, ensuring project success within the federal acquisition framework
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring that all project communications are clear, timely, and aligned with the client’s strategic objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that supports the successful delivery of program objectives
Qualification
Required
Fifteen (15) years procurement or grants management experience with the federal government or federal partners
Ten (10+) years project management, program management, and personnel management experience within the federal procurement or grants sectors, with specific experience with diversified portfolios above a total yearly spend of $500M
