CNC Programmer
Saint Gobain is a global engineering leader dedicated to precision sealing and material solutions. We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for high-precision manufacturing, ensuring compliance with GD&T and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes including live-tool platforms
Create G/M code and CAM-generated programs
Partner with machinists during setups and prove-outs
Ensure compliance with GD&T and revision control
Drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
3+ years of CNC programming experience (mills and lathes)
Strong blueprint and GD&T proficiency
Ability to hold tight tolerances (±0.001" and below)
CAM experience (Mastercam, Fusion, Esprit, or similar)
Demonstrated understanding of tool geometry, cutter selection, and machining strategy
Preferred
Experience programming Haas, Mori Seiki, Okuma, or Mazak strongly preferred
Experience programming engineering plastics or high‑performance materials
Proficiency with probing cycles (Renishaw, Fanuc macros)
Prior involvement with competency‑based skills systems or CI frameworks
NIMS credentials or equivalent
