They are seeking an intern to engineer solutions for customer process control needs, manage the sales cycle, and provide technical support.

Responsibilities
Interface directly with customers via phone and email to provide engineered solutions, technical support, and order management
Engineer complete solutions for customer process control needs
Work with the Application Engineering team to learn the technical aspects of the job as well as the principles of account management
Manage the complete sales cycle including pre-sales engagement and prospecting, engineering, quotation development, order processing and administration, product assembly and shipment, invoicing, and payment
Document information related to customer requests
Manage project documentation and technical submittals
Develop a proficient understanding of our business system, including the ability to investigate problems and suggest creative solutions
Qualification
Required
Be enrolled in an accredited university and actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering
Working knowledge of word processor and spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel and Word)
Effective interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills required
Must be very customer focused
Preferred
Working knowledge of database programs (i.e. IFS, Salesforce, Outlook) preferable
