Responsibilities
Perform routine manufacturing procedures by following written work instructions
Operate production and sifting equipment according to specifications
Read batch cards, work orders, recipes, and formulas to ensure proper equipment operation
Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes to meet organizational and regulatory requirements
Maintain clean manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials
Perform plant sifting operations to ensure product quality and safe output
Draw product samples for laboratory analysis as required
Monitor equipment for alarms or malfunctions and shut down equipment when necessary
Record production data including processing steps, product characteristics, and batch information
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company safety policies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail
General cleaning and sanitation experience
Machine operation and technical aptitude
Safety awareness and compliance experience
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred
Batch production experience preferred
