Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily wire intake operations (origination, verification, release, reconciliation)
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies, procedures, and SWIFT standards
Investigate discrepancies, fraud concerns, and exceptions
Collaborate with Retail, Corporate Security, Risk, and Operations on issue resolution
Standardize processes, enhance controls, and support workflow/technology improvements
Produce monthly reporting and maintain strong communication across departments
Coach and develop team members while maintaining a clean, controlled operating environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of banking operations experience (wire processing or similar)
1+ year supervisory or lead‐level experience
Strong end‐to‐end domestic wire processing knowledge
Proven experience with dual control, risk mitigation, exception handling, and audit readiness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
Must pass background check (including fingerprinting and credit review)
