Senior Desktop Support Technician
Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Senior Desktop Support professional to provide premium "white-glove" technical support to their executive team and branch offices. The role requires delivering high-quality technical assistance in a dynamic environment, ensuring seamless technology operations for high-priority users.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-touch technical support for Windows and Mac environments
Troubleshoot hardware, networking, telecom, and mobile device issues
Perform computer re-imaging, data migrations, and system restorations
Manage and prioritize multiple technical requests independently
Travel between local branch offices to provide onsite resolution
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of professional IT support experience
Expert-level troubleshooting skills in Windows, Mac, and Microsoft 365
Proven experience supporting Executive/VIP clientele
Strong physical ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license for local travel between sites
