Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join their team. The role involves providing administrative and clerical support to department managers, assisting with employee inquiries, and maintaining organized personnel files to ensure compliance with Hilton standards.

Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for employee inquiries, assisting with issue resolution and escalating complex matters to HR leadership as needed
Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Human Resources leadership team, ensuring efficient time management and preparation
Maintain organized department and personnel files for team members across the property, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Hilton standards
Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders promptly to ensure the office is well-stocked at all times
Perform a range of administrative tasks, including word processing, translating, data entry, email management, filing, faxing, copying, mail processing, and taking notes or dictation as required
Assist employees with benefit and payroll inquiries, ensuring quick and accurate responses
Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed
Fluent in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with a diverse workforce
Qualification
