Assembly Technician

Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic test on unit to identify if it is a working unit
Disassemble units down to board level using small tools (screwdrivers, drills, etc.)
Screen and troubleshoot based on diagnostic test response and replace defective pieces of unit
Reassemble unit by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
Upgrade software and test units
Document actions by completing production and quality forms
Maintain high Quality performance levels
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical assembly skills
Capabilities to use small tools
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
United States (Required)
Must be 18 years of age

Previous experience working with small components
