Possess experience in customer service and support

Establish cooperative relationships with Associates, customers, suppliers, and internal operating units
Maintain responsibility for overall performance of assigned customer accounts
Facilitate investigation and resolution of customer claims
Monitor physical properties and other associated critical input and output variables for assigned customer accounts
Lead efforts to resolve defects impacting assigned customer performance
Provide routine analysis and reports regarding customer and process performance to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Plan and enter assigned customer trials
Support overall plant-wide effort for continuous improvement
Assist the organization in identifying further quality and process improvement opportunities
Develop understanding of final customer processes, and how Logan products interact with those processes
Support Logan physical test, metallurgical, and coating labs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's (4-year) degree in engineering or a related technical field
One year of Logan Aluminum experience
3-5 years industry experience
Experience in customer service and support
Experience in process improvement
Experience with various data collection and analysis systems
Experience with applied statistics and associated software tools
Experience with data collection, analysis, and SPC systems
Experience in facilitation of problem-solving sessions
A passion for excellence, and attention to detail
A commitment to the ISO methodology of plan, do, check, act
The ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, and to represent Logan Aluminum to customers, suppliers, and other business associates
The ability to work with minimal supervision
