Responsibilities
Operates and maintains HVAC systems and associated equipment for all facilities located at the DS site
Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
Performs corrective work orders in support of Facilities, Laboratory, and Manufacturing operations
Manages contractor and vendor activities and work plans for safety and compliance with company standards
Schedule’s work on systems and equipment in manufacturing and lab areas to prevent interruption to operations
Qualification
Required
4 years of experience
3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
2 years of experience with Walk-in Cold Rooms
2 years of experience with Air Handling Units (AHU)
2 years of experience with Variable Refrigerant Flow
2 years of experience with Exhaust fans
2 years of experience with Fume and laminar flow hoods
2 years of experience in Biotech
HVAC License
Associate degree
Ability to work in a smoke-free environment
Ability to wear steel toe shoes
Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment
Ability to manually lift up to 25lbs
