Responsibilities
Full accounting operations and month-end close
Financial controls, reporting, and audit readiness
Cash flow forecasting, project-level analysis, and decision support
Partnering closely with the CEO, investors, lenders, and external advisors
Bringing previously outsourced finance work in-house and tightening the operation
Qualification
Required
CPA (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting foundations
Background in Big 4 audit + industry experience
Comfortable with complex transactions, project-based accounting and debt
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred
Experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, project finance, or other capital-intensive environments is a big plus
Prior experience reducing reliance on third-party advisors or consultants advantageous
