Successfully collaborates with cross-functional lanes on projects to manage to a plan and integrate across work streams
Coaches and develops team in technical and soft skills, including system administrators on partner teams
Demonstrates ability to use relationship building and communication skills to clearly articulate objectives and influence others
Develops and executes change management strategies and tactical plans to help individuals adopt change and modify behavior consistent with intent of new reports
Designs training processes to reinforce Anaplan product and reporting effectiveness
Recognizes, documents and shares best demonstrated practices across the

Qualification
Required
Support the implementation of business operations reports in the Anaplan system using process improvement and change management methodologies
Work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
Possess a high level of emotional intelligence
Partner with teams across the organization to deploy new models

Adhere to and evolve a standard practice for building processes
Oversee the communications and training creation for the end user experience
Lead a team of technical report creators and effectively manage their individual work streams
Support the professional development of team members
