Responsibilities
Install and repair all Block Tops surfaces/products
Maintain inventory and ensure availability of install materials
Conduct and document training sessions and safety meetings
Hire, train, evaluate, and manage install team staff
Measure and template for all Block Tops offerings
Assign tasks based on team member performance and skills
Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry warranty guidelines
Maintain vehicle records and ensure proper equipment upkeep
Maintain callback rate ≤ 5% and customer survey score ≥ 4.7
Lead team staffing decisions (hiring, evaluations, terminations)
Perform and teach plumbing disconnect/reconnect procedures
Participate in bi-monthly huddles for forecasting and planning
Coach installers on reducing callbacks and improving quality
Clearly communicate directions from senior management
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years' experience installing Block Tops products
Proven ability to lead and supervise multiple employees
Bilingual in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mathematical, mechanical, and analytical skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development (seminars, books, webinars, etc.)
