Project Coordinator: Billing & Operations
REVEL SEARCH® is partnering with a well-established professional services firm to identify a Project Coordinator / Billing Specialist. This role involves supporting active projects, coordinating billing, and managing communication while collaborating closely with leadership and project teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support multiple active projects
Assist with billing, invoicing, and job tracking
Manage email correspondence, follow-ups, and internal communication
Maintain accurate job reports, documentation, and project records
Work closely with leadership and project teams to keep projects moving
Use Excel and Microsoft Office daily to track and organize information
Qualification
Required
Coordinate and support multiple active projects
Assist with billing, invoicing, and job tracking
Manage email correspondence, follow-ups, and internal communication
Maintain accurate job reports, documentation, and project records
Work closely with leadership and project teams to keep projects moving
Use Excel and Microsoft Office daily to track and organize information
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and staying 'in the weeds'
Professional communication style and strong follow-through
Preferred
Experience supporting projects in construction, surveying, land development, engineering, or similar environments is a plus
Familiarity with Ajera Deltek is a plus, but not required
