Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to Service Delivery through rigorous project management
Build the 'Data Decks' for QBRs. You transform raw CRM and financial data into polished, actionable reports that the CSM uses to drive strategy
Manage all internal milestones, ensuring the service delivery team and the client are hitting their deadlines. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
Proactively monitor client usage and needs to flag upsell opportunities for the CSM
Act as the gatekeeper for client financial data, ensuring all documentation is organized, accurate, and ready for the accounting teams
Qualification
Required
1–3 years supporting B2B client onboarding in Professional Services (Accounting, Finance, or Tech Services)
Proven experience in implementation or complex coordination
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Visualization) and CRM hygiene
Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) or comparable experience in similar field
Preferred
A PMP or CAPM certification is a massive advantage
