Represent and direct the organization as its Chief Executive Officer in interactions with a wide variety of professional partners, dairy farmers, allied organizations, task forces, committees, and the general public
Provide strategic leadership, direction, inspiration and support by working with the Board of Directors and other senior management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; master's degree preferred
Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing, sales, economics, and/or dairy promotion, with 5+ years of supervisory experience
Superior operating skills; financial acumen; the ability to manage risk; and the means to formulate a plan of action and execute it swiftly and decisively
Able to handle complexity
Commitment to ethical conduct
Exceptional business and team leadership; able to instill a culture of operational excellence
