Responsibilities
Deep expertise in voice, data networking, and OT environments within transportation or critical infrastructure
Strong understanding of OT security architectures and best practices
Experience integrating AI/analytics platforms into operational systems
Proven success in client-facing technical leadership roles
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
Prior experience working directly with a major transit authority or public transportation operator (rail, bus, OCCs, yards, depots, stations, or signaling-adjacent environments)
Demonstrated leadership in IT/OT convergence initiatives within transportation, utilities, energy, or other critical infrastructure sectors
Experience serving as a principal architect, solutions lead, or technical authority for large, multi-year client engagements
Hands-on exposure to OT cybersecurity programs, including segmentation, monitoring, incident response integration, and risk governance
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (required)
Preferred
Prior experience working directly with a major transit authority or public transportation operator (rail, bus, OCCs, yards, depots, stations, or signaling-adjacent environments)
Demonstrated leadership in IT/OT convergence initiatives within transportation, utilities, energy, or other critical infrastructure sectors
Experience serving as a principal architect, solutions lead, or technical authority for large, multi-year client engagements
Hands-on exposure to OT cybersecurity programs, including segmentation, monitoring, incident response integration, and risk governance
Master's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Technology Management
CISSP, CISM, or GSLC (strongly preferred for OT security leadership)
GIAC (GICSP, GRID, GCED) or equivalent industrial/OT security certifications
Cisco (CCNP/CCIE – Enterprise or Security) or equivalent network certifications
AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture certifications relevant to analytics or platform integration
Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NIST CSF, or similar OT security standards
