IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
Ace Endico is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, as well as supporting company applications and documenting support tickets.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Support company applications including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and user equipment
Assist with VPN, remote access, and basic network issues
Document support tickets, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
Working knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and common software
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
