Responsibilities
Monitor or scrub advanced specialty procedures in an EP or Interventional Cath Lab
Demonstrates advanced proficiency and technical competence in scrubbing and/or hemodynamic monitoring of advanced specialty procedures
Teaching others these roles and procedures (e.g., TAVR, Mitral Clip, Lariat, Watchman, complex peripheral procedures)
Managing and prioritizing tasks during crises or high-stress situations
Qualification
Required
Current BLS for Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association
Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program (or Military program equivalent)
Current RCIS and/or RCES certification
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EP Lab and/or Interventional Cath Lab required
Ability to monitor or scrub advanced specialty procedures in an EP or Interventional Cath Lab
Demonstrates advanced proficiency and technical competence in: Scrubbing and/or hemodynamic monitoring of advanced specialty procedures, Teaching others these roles and procedures (e.g., TAVR, Mitral Clip, Lariat, Watchman, complex peripheral procedures)
Capable of managing and prioritizing tasks during crises or high-stress situations
Must be able to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
Preferred
Current ACLS from American Heart Association
