Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in quality engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles, preferably in the HVAC or related manufacturing industry
Proven experience in quality control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer - CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) are a plus
