Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems for autonomous vehicles, including power distribution, signal processing, and safety systems
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance electrical solutions
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems and components
Support prototype development, including wiring, connectors, and control systems
Create and maintain electrical documentation such as schematics, datasheets, and manuals
Resolve electrical issues in a fast-paced development environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in electrical systems, robotics, or related disciplines
Strong skills in circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting
Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino-based MCUs)
Working knowledge of Python and other high-level programming languages
Proficiency with Altium Designer (PCB design) and Cadence (circuit design/simulation)
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, UDP)
Knowledge of electrical components, wiring practices, and safety standards, including ruggedized or marine environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
U.S. citizenship required

Preferred

Experience with industry electrical standards, power management, and control systems
Familiarity with ruggedized and environmentally sealed electronics
Hands-on field testing experience; willingness to participate in outdoor trials
Eligibility for U.S. Government security clearance
Willingness to travel internationally 2–3 times per year (10–15%)
