Perform production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
Operate machinery and utility equipment according to standard operating procedures
Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements
Inspect products to ensure quality and specification compliance
Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and specifications in English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work flexible or extended hours as required
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and develop skills across multiple production tasks
Preferred
Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
