Responsibilities
Execute complex industrial production assembly and fabrication tasks according to project specifications
Work with various hand tools, machines, and test equipment to produce cutting-edge components
Inspect finished products for quality and workmanship to ensure they meet the highest standards
Maintain a steady pace to meet deadlines and daily production goals
Participate in training for value-added manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and skill set
Qualification
Required
Experience with hand tools is essential
Knowledge of precision measurement tools like micrometers, gauges and calipers is highly helpful
Comfort with basic mathematics is necessary for accurate measurements and assembly

Professional Integrity: A stable work or education history is required
Education: High school degree or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
Prior experience or familiarity with MIG and TIG welding is a significant plus but not required
Previous inspection or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
