The Application Development Summer Associate will support the Application Development team on active and upcoming initiatives, gaining exposure to the full application development lifecycle including requirements gathering and analysis.

Responsibilities

Perform data comparison and analysis to support application enhancements and business decisions

Partner with team members to gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements

Research and evaluate market-based software solutions versus in-house development options; present findings and recommendations

Support the use of automation tools to streamline, optimize, and document workflows

Assist in coding, testing, and documenting new features and enhancements to existing applications based on technical specifications

Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

Complete additional projects and duties as assigned

Qualification

Computer Science degree.NET exposureSource control conceptsMicrosoft Office SuiteAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsTime management

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or part of a technology training program or bootcamp

Foundational understanding of programming concepts; exposure to .NET is preferred

Familiarity with source control concepts and code documentation best practices

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Visio

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Energetic, curious, and eager to learn while contributing in a collaborative team environment

Reliable transportation required
