Responsibilities
Billing Specialist will create, update, and post daily invoices
Classify, verify, and log accounts payable information
Assess and input any additional charges or shipping details
Highlight and validate any pricing, promotional, or credit anomalies
Support daily billing operations
Address and rectify any discrepancies in client billing
Coordinate the billing process for various corporate clients
As a Billing Specialist, you will maintain updated customer contact records
Resolve any account discrepancies, including issues with invoices
Uphold the confidentiality of organizational information
This is a non-supervisory role; Additional related tasks might be required
Qualification
Required
Experience in a billing or invoicing department
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and fair credit practices
Demonstrated proficiency in managing financial records and calculations
Comfortable with MS Office suite, QuickBooks, and SAGE Intacct
Commitment to exceptional customer service, precision, and meticulous attention to detail
Effective communication skills with both customers and team members
