Responsibilities
AR Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for past-due account resolution
Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively follow up on overdue balances
Communicate with customers to obtain payment commitments and, when needed, arrange payment plans
Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and disputed transactions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activity in internal financial systems
As an AR Associate, you will reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of outstanding variances
Apply credit and collections policies consistently and escalate accounts as appropriate
Generate and maintain regular aging and collection status reports for internal stakeholders
Support month-end and periodic close activities related to accounts receivable
Qualification
Required
Several years of experience in an accounts receivable or related financial role
Familiarity with financial, accounting, or ERP systems
Strong self-management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with standard business software, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
