Responsibilities
Develop and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Create a Budget vs Actuals process to facilitate the conversation with leadership
Prepare monthly analysis of financial results and key performance indicators
Support regular reporting to our Board of Directors and major investors
Analyze potential new product initiatives and develop business cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine financial models
Support financial system implementation, automation, and process optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, ideally in manufacturing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
CPA, CFA, or MBA
Prior experience as an investment banking analyst
ERP experience with NetSuite, Oracle or SAP
