Responsibilities

Assist management with developing initiatives, strategies, projects, and services that affect the operations, construction, and maintenance of the transmission system
Work collaboratively and across transmission organizations to assist management with implementation of operational excellence initiatives
Assist with training development and facilitation

Required

Bachelor or associate degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, Accounting, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is preferred
8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree
10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree
12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree
Experience should include direct experience in business analysis and/or project management and be progressively more technical in nature
Direct work experience and knowledge of analysis and change management principles and methodologies with a solid understanding of how analytics and change management support the change process
Demonstrated experience with analysis, project and change management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing optimization strategies and implementing solutions
Experience in performing requirements analysis, and documenting/communicating the results of your requirement gathering to customers and leadership
Experience developing user scripts and performing user acceptance testing
Experience implementing new systems/procedures and providing training to peers/customers on this implementation
Valid U.S. Driver's License/Real ID is required

Preferred

Demonstrated experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication plans and strategies for medium sized companies
Demonstrated experience with the Prosci methodology for Change Management
Demonstrated experience with International Institute of Business Analysis methods
Energy/utility industry experience
Experience in asset management, analyzing data and developing strategies
Training/Facilitator experience or technical writing experience a plus
