Responsibilities
Leading and managing manufacturing engineering, maintenance and tool & die shop functions
Ownership of design, development, optimization and sustainment of manufacturing process, production equipment, tooling and dies
Ensure high equipment uptime, robust tooling capability, disciplined preventive maintenance and continuous improvement across engineering and technical support functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
7+ Years of exp in manufacturing engineering with at least 3+ years in leadership or management role
Strong process design, project management and leadership experience required
Preferred
Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
