Supply Chain Compliance Analyst

They are seeking a qualified Supply Chain Compliance Analyst to join their Supply Chain Compliance team, focusing on ensuring projects comply with applicable requirements and managing compliance risks. Responsibilities
Manage weekly Supplier, EPC and subcontractor data review for accuracy, reporting and creation of weekly reports
With guidance from Associates, evaluate projects for Beginning of Construction, Domestic Content, and/or Foreign Entities of Concern (FEOC), then work with the Project Compliance Manager and Contractors to rectify any identified issues
Monitor and assess project activities to identify potential compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
Assist in pre-qualifying projects and review required data and documentation for tax incentive adders such as Domestic Content
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in compliance management or supply chain experience in solar or energy storage
Solid understanding of the Inflation Reduction Act and the associated Domestic Content tax incentives as laid out in Notices 2023-38, 2024-41, and 2024-08
Strong problem-solving skills, highly analytical, high level of accuracy and extreme attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage effectively in video meetings
Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative
Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel including creating pivots tables and executing XLOOKUP functions
Preferred
Experience as a project assistant, coordinator, analyst, administrator or similar
Experience working with PV suppliers; gathering compliance documentation or running Requests for Information
Understanding of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and its impact on the solar and energy storage industries
Experience with project management software, such as Trello or Monday.com
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, construction, finance, or related field
