Responsibilities

Providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and assisting end-users with resolving technical problems
Working with internal teams to manage IT equipment, perform installation and updates, and offer training on technological tools and platforms

Qualification

Technical SupportTroubleshootingInformation TechnologyCompTIA A+Network+Customer ServiceTraining

Required

Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
Strong experience in Technical Support and providing hands-on assistance to end-users
Knowledge and skills in Information Technology, including systems maintenance and hardware/software installation
Excellence in Customer Service and Training to ensure seamless user experience and knowledge transfer
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
