This role involves providing analytical support to develop funding requirements for Army-wide collective and individual training.

Responsibilities
Serves as SME and/or performs functional or technical system design actions needed to support modifying existing application functionality or the addition of new functionality to satisfy user requirements
Ensures core databases (cost factors, force structure, manpower, and training strategy) are updated during each PPBES cycle based upon guidance provided by the government
Senior analysts may serve as the technical lead for one or more of the applications used on this project
Assist and support the Army Training Models contract with the following tasks: Software maintenance, Software development, Training, Custom Analysis, Staff Support
Provide assistance and support to the Army Training Models contract with these specified tasks: Populate, Update Per Capita Rates, and Reconcile data, Support Army modernization (ReARMM), Mobilization Common Operating Picture (MODCOP) development, Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Operations and Research Staff Support
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience using the models during each PPBES cycle based upon guidance provided by the government
Must have experience in the development of algorithms to be used within the software tools used on this project
Must have user knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and requires COMPO specific Army experience
Requires a bachelor's degree or 10 or more years of military service with working knowledge of Army Training
Requires a SECRET Clearance
